Google has updated the PageSpeed Insights interface, as we wrote about on November 4. The tool has now moved to a new URL. The redirects have been set up:
Old URL: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
New URL: https://pagespeed.web.dev/
Key points of this update:
- interface redesign. Google has more accurately separated field and lab data (i.e. obtained from real users and in a simulated environment);
- the overall Core Web Vitals result has been moved to a separate subsection with a separate icon;
- the UI has become clearer and more user-friendly.
