Google is rolling out a new feature for business profiles

Automatic answers to frequently asked questions have appeared in Google business profiles. The function works like chat bots on websites. For example, you can use it to offer your potential customers a list of business questions they can ask when sending a message through a Google Business Profile.

This will make it possible to respond more quickly to customer requests and direct the audience to the site. You can also insert links to the desired pages in automatic responses.

In the "Customers" section, you can configure the questions section of the Google profile. Next, select the "Messages" tab, open the "Menu" and go to "Message Settings".

The "Manage frequently asked questions" function allows you to add 10 questions of up to 40 characters and answers to them – up to 500 characters.
