TikTok has partnered with Zapier and started automatically transferring leads from lead generation forms to advertisers' CRM. The integration will not require manual uploading of leads in CSV format.
The lead generation forms work in TikTok Ads campaigns, for which the goal "Attracting leads" is set.
Such a form is instantly loaded by clicking on the call to action (CTA) button in the ad, and prompts the user to:
- share contact information;
- answer the advertiser's questions;
- schedule a time to visit.
The form displays a link to the privacy policy: when the user submits information to TikTok, the system will inform the user that the data is only available to the advertiser.
