Site owners can now report indexing errors.
For now, this tool is only available to US site owners who have verified site ownership in Search Console. It's easy to find at the bottom of the Help Center, under the Indexing Report and URL Validation Tool documents.
To report problems with indexing directly to Google, you need to click on the Report an Indexing Issue button and fill out the form that opens after that.
Google says it may ask the site owner for more information about the issue if it encounters an indexing error.
