An analytics tool in business accounts, Instagram Insights, has been updated.
- Engaged accounts and engaged audience
The Accounts engaged metric shows the total number of accounts that interacted with the content during the specified time period.
In the new Engaged audience section. (Engaged audience), the service will provide demographic information on these users: main cities, countries, age groups and gender.
- Engaged audience
Now the service will show demographic information about the reached audience. To view the data, you need to click on "Accounts reached" in Insights.
- New data for those who collaborate with brands
Authors will see performance statistics on sponsored posts, including reach, likes, comments, saves and reposts.
To view this information, select "View ads and insights" under branded content in settings.
