In the bottom panel of Telegram, between the three current tabs "Contacts", "Chats" and "Settings", there may be a fourth - "Feed" (news feed).
The update will make reading the news more convenient because all feeds will be gathered in one place.
It is reported that the Telegram news feed feature will become available in the next update.
