Testing of Performance Max campaigns is complete

Google Ads has finished testing Performance Max campaigns and allowed them to run. 

What are the benefits of this ad format if certain requirements are met: 

  • automatically shows adaptive ads in search, Gmail, KMS, Discover Feed, YouTube; 
  • assigns bids depending on the goal the business sets.

In the next few months, Google plans to launch new features in Performance Max for retailers and businesses that have offline stores. And in 2022, the Performance Max format will begin to replace local and smart shopping campaigns.
