The messenger now allows video broadcasts through third-party apps. There are no limits on the number of viewers.
In order to use third-party applications, just update Telegram, create a new video chat in a group or broadcast in a channel, click "Start with" and copy the information displayed to the desired application. You can use the programs OBS Studio or XSplit Broadcaster.
There is also a "Downloads" tab in the search for the messenger, which allows you to track downloaded or already downloaded files.
There is also a new menu of attachments, where you can change the order of the elements or add a signature to the album when sending multiple photos or video files. The option is available at the top of the menu under "Selected".
