The rules have been updated regarding the FAQ markup used for frequently asked questions. So, in particular, all content laid out with this type of structured data must be visible to the user on the original page.
However, it is acceptable that the question is immediately visible on the page, and the answer is hidden under the drop-down item and is available to the user by clicking.
