When browsing Google Discover's recommendation feed, users can mark articles as favorites. It doesn't matter whether through the desktop or mobile version. However, it's come to light that Google can share those likes with publishers: a note was added to the Help in November 2021. User feedback is saved on the page, where it can be viewed and, if necessary, changed or deleted.
