Google has launched a quick response feature for comments in Google Docs.
Quick replies will be enabled by default. To disable the feature, select Tools > Preferences > Show Quick Reply Suggestions. If this option is enabled, you need to click on the comment thread in Google Docs – the feature will offer answers if they are available.
The system may not give options in all cases, and the correspondence must be in English. To use the quick response, you just need to click on it, then you can edit it or send it in the suggested wording.
The feature is available to:
- all Google Workspace customers;
- G Suite Basic and Business customers;
- users with personal Google accounts.
