Starting June 1, 2022, Google will change its inappropriate content policy.
The new rules will ban content that:
- will allow to establish the identity of the person;
- associated with financial fraud;
- steals the user's personal data;
- contains malicious contacts or harassment.
Violation of this policy will not result in an immediate account suspension: first, a warning will be issued at least 7 days prior to suspension.
Google recommends that you review the policy update to understand if any of the ads are covered by the policy. If they do, the ads must be removed by June 1, 2022.
