Standard and smart campaigns in the contextual media network are now combined into a single type. When creating a campaign, you no longer have to manually select its type. Targeting extension features for standard campaigns in KMS and automatic targeting features for smart campaigns in KMS are now included in optimized targeting. You can use it separately or add audience signals for this feature.
On the Google Ads campaign creation page, you can find step-by-step instructions using the navigation menu on the left.
