💰Internet Corporation ICANN has allocated $1mln to Ukraine to support the stable operation of the Ukrainian domain system. Its smooth operation is a critical component of the Internet. It is thanks to domains that we are used to accessing websites with clear addresses, such as google.com or apple.com.
Since the russian invasion, Ukraine's domain system has been subjected to massive cyber attacks. But to ensure its smooth operation requires investment in protection. The agreement was reached thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Justice team, ICANN board and Ukrainian stakeholders of the domain industry.
