The social network is launching web calls in the app for businesses: stores and restaurants. The new feature will allow customers to call the establishment directly through the app in a couple of taps. For now, only audio is supported.
The business owner will need to activate the option and not miss calls on Instagram. But the phone number of the store won't show up anywhere.
