Adding structured data makes your job postings eligible to appear in Google search results for a specific use. The jobLocation property is used to specify where the employee will perform the job. If there is no specific place, such as an office or production site, it is not necessary to use the property.
But if you use jobLocation, you now need to add the addressCountry property to it. AddressCountry indicates in which country the office or production site where the employee will work is located.
