Google is testing add-ons to search engine snippets

There are two new snippet additions to Google's search results snippets – "From the Internet" and "Other Sites Say." 

Both changes will give searchers a more diverse set of sources.

Here's what they look like.

1. From the Internet. Google shows brief snippets of text from two or three different sites, citing each source separately, and also includes a site's favicon.

2. Other sites say. There is another variation where Google groups 3 sites under this heading.
