Google Search Console tracks pages in blocks with similar queries

In his last video, John Mueller explained that impressions are taken into account for all URLs shown in search results, including similar queries. When a user clicks on "People Also Ask" and a link to a website page appears at the bottom, the show is counted for that page. Clicks are counted if the user clicks the link to that page.

Search Console also keeps track of where "People Also Ask" appears in the output. For example, if it appears in the second position, then all URLs shown in the "People Also Ask" field are counted as being in the second position. If the same page appears in both the search results and People Also Ask, it will be ranked in both positions in the same search results.
