It was revealed that effective August 1, Google will remove the "Rich Results" filter from the "View in Search" section of its Search Console performance reports.
Google Search Console supports 19 types of search appearance in performance reports. The goal is to help site owners understand how their sites perform in Google search results. If there are too many types of extended results, then combining these data is useless for its owner.

The "Rich results" filter included data for all extended results at once. But now Google has filters for a wide variety of types of results: Event, HowTo, FAQ and others.
Google noted that disabling the filter is just a change in reporting and will not affect site traffic in any way.
