The rollout of the update has been going on all summer. There have been no major changes to search results. What has changed:
- A new ranking signal ("Page Usability") was launched.
- You no longer have to use AMP to appear in the Top Stories block on mobile devices.
- Google removed Safe Browsing from the factors included in the new Page Experience signal. Page Experience now includes the following signals:
Page Experience Update will replace Speed Update.
