Google Merchant Center has launched “Shopper Experience Summary”

The program is available to all sellers on the platform and is expected to provide the following benefits:

  • the ability to promote items in the Purchasing tab where it is most visible;
  • an icon in product information will increase user trust in the seller.

Merchant Center users have begun to receive messages about the launch of this program.

Google will rate the quality of service based on several weeks of statistics on a variety of criteria: 

  • speed; 
  • shipping costs;
  • time and cost of return. 

Each metric will be rated as "Excellent Level", "Similar Level" or "Optimization Option". To receive a participant badge you must provide information on all indicators.
