Google Core Update fails to account for minor technical issues on the site

Google employee John Mueller confirmed that usually technical problems with the web resource does not lead to a loss of positions after the basic algorithm update. 

If the site has lost positions after the Core Update, the problems are related to quality. Small technical problems, such as broken links or 404 pages, do not lead to problems with ranking after the launch of the Core Update.
