The Google Ads API team recalled the need to migrate existing feed-based extensions to entity-based extensions. Read more in the manual.
All of them will be automatically transferred in two installments:
- Callout, Promotion, Sitelink and Structured Snippet will be rescheduled on October 20, 2021 and removed on February 15, 2022.
- App, Call, Hotel Callout and Price will be rescheduled on February 15, 2022 and removed on April 8, 2022.
In addition, Google has introduced a new {extensionid} ValueTrack parameter. It has been available since June 24 and allows you to track clicks on object-based extensions. Repeats the behavior of the existing {feeditemid} parameter for feed-based extensions.
