Facebook announced the ability to run ads in the WhatsApp Business app. The update will start working soon, writes CNN Business, citing Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
For this, the system will use the company directories in WhatsApp Business. Business owners will be able to select a product from their catalog and turn it into an ad with a WhatsApp jump button.
Ads will run on Facebook or Instagram, where business owners previously had to go to initiate the ad buying process.
