Previously, Google Analytics 4 users could only create predictive audiences using the Recommended Audiences library. Now Google Analytics 4 has predicted metrics:
- probability of purchase;
- the likelihood of outflow;
- income forecast.
They can be found in the Audience Editor and Segment Builder. Users of the analytical system will see an interactive chart, the conditions of which can be changed.
The graph explains the difference between the accuracy of the forecast and the number of users that are included in the forecast based on the predictive metric.
For example, when a specialist chooses a more accurate forecast, he increases the lower bound of the included users and, accordingly, reduces their number.
