The main conclusions that the expert made:

1. The maximum size of the title, which Google will display in full - less than 600 pixels. You can ignore this limitation if the majority of search traffic comes from mobile devices.

2. Long title tags are acceptable. Google will index keywords even in a long title.

3: To reduce the chances of title swapping for generated titles, it's optimal to stay in the 51-55 character range. We're talking about English.

4: To get the most search traffic from Google, for English, it is optimal to make the title 55-60 characters long.
