Users reported that testing of the extra links feature in search results has apparently ended.
Google Search began testing the feature in November 2021. And it looked like automatic scrolling to a highlighted piece of text.
Heads-up: Google has now launched scroll-to-text sitelinks (that highlight content) for organic listings. From what I can see, the rollout looks to only appear on desktop and in the US at this time.
