Google sent out an email to advertisers. The text says: "Starting in the second quarter of 2022, campaigns using Smart Bidding and/or Optimized Targeting will be able to use all of the email lists in your account to increase the effectiveness of your campaign”.
In bidding strategies, email lists will not be applied manually as they are now, but automatically. To adjust bids manually, advertisers will be able to use bid modifiers.
