Developers are experimenting with adding a bar below the address bar in Chrome for Android. This "Continuous Search" bar displays the rest of the search results, the goal is to make it easier to jump from one search result to another without having to go back to the beginning of the search.
You can test this option in the beta version of Chrome by including #chrome://flags in the address bar (or by clicking the icon).
