{"id":5570,"date":"2021-07-15T15:57:16","date_gmt":"2021-07-15T12:57:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ppcseo.com\/?p=5570"},"modified":"2021-08-03T16:03:02","modified_gmt":"2021-08-03T13:03:02","slug":"prinjat-zakonoproekt-o-dija-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ppcseo.com\/en\/news\/prinjat-zakonoproekt-o-dija-city","title":{"rendered":"Adopted a bill on Diya.City"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">The source \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/tech.liga.net\/technology\/novosti\/rada-prinyala-vo-vtorom-chtenii-zakon-o-diyacity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">tech.liga.net<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, July 15, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading the Law &#8220;On stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine.&#8221; It is known as the &#8220;Diya.City Act&#8221; and establishes a <strong>special legal regime<\/strong> for the digital industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IT companies receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>a separate <strong>procedure<\/strong> for interaction with government agencies;<\/li><li>flexible <strong>terms<\/strong> of employment;<\/li><li>special<strong> taxation model<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Startups, outsourcing, R&amp;D and grocery IT companies can become residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law defines the organizational, legal and financial basis for the functioning of the legal regime of Diya.City. Its goal is to create favorable conditions for the development of the IT sector and attract investment.
