Google My Business Help indicates that business profile performance reports will now be more closely integrated with your profile in Search and Maps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data will move from the Insights report to the Performance report. Thus, requests for referral to business will be moved to the “Engagement” section of the “Performance” page. However, they will soon be removed from the Customer Actions report on the Insights page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, new data has been added. For example, Google plans to add Direction requests and Website clicks to the new performance report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
